Lida is a people & talent leader who has been part of global teams across entertainment and tech. Life has taken Lida across the world - born in Armenia, and raised in Los Angeles, she currently resides in London.

Lida is Head of People and Talent at Gaia, an early-stage startup whose mission is to reimagine IVF and fertility treatment - giving anyone who wants a family the chance to try. Lida also partners with Women in Film and TV UK, Factual Fast Track Wales, and Factual Fast Track Scotland and Northern Ireland in providing 1:1 CV and interview coaching as part of their career development and mentorship programs to enact meaningful change in productions in the UK - helping create a more diverse and inclusive industry.

Lida spent the greater part of her career at Netflix, recruiting innovative minds that brought global stories to life across scripted & nonfiction series, documentary & feature films, and kids & family and adult animation. As the first Content Talent leader in EMEA, Lida helped build Original Content and Studio teams in the UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Lida's journey extends beyond the corporate world. A qualified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, she brings a sense of mindfulness and holistic approach to her work, unlocking the inner motivations, creativity, and self-awareness of leaders and their teams. In her spare time she also studies Astrology, using natal charts and planetary transits in her approach to just about everything.
